You may print them and take them to the venue. Hard copy tickets are emailed via Fedex, and will be received within two business days.

 

9) My e-ticket has someone else's name on it, will I be able to use it?


Yes, the name on the ticket is from the person who originally purchased the tickets. Tickets are transferable and therefore you will have no problems using this ticket.

 

10) Why doesn't the price on the ticket match the price I paid?


You are buying tickets from the secondary ticket marketplace and therefore the price will alter from the original price on the ticket. This could either be lower or higher then the printed price depending on the demand of the event.

 

11) What currency are the tickets listed in?


All tickets are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

 

12) Can I order the tickets over the phone?

13) What are the shipping charges?


For tickets that state "These tickets are available for email delivery" - $7.50
   Local domestic delivery via Fedex - $15
   Express domestic delivery via Fedex - $25
   International delivery via Fedex - $40

The delivery charge will always be listed on the checkout page so you know exactly what you are paying for the ticket.

 


14) When will I get my tickets?


If you have purchased e-tickets, you will receive a link to download the tickets right when your credit card is processed. This usually occurs within the hour of purchase. Otherwise your tickets are delivered via Fedex and standard shipping is 2 business days after the order is confirmed. Express delivery is sent via a overnight Fedex package.

 

15) My event is approaching soon, will I get my tickets on time?


At MrTicketKing we are last minute specialists! Even if your order is one hour away, we'll guarantee that you receive your tickets. We have a 100% guarantee on our tickets that ensures that you receive them prior to the event or your credit card does not get charged. If the event is the same day, we usually allow you to pick up the tickets at the box office of the venue or a near by location.

 

16) Can I put the tickets on hold?


Unfortunately, as we don't own the tickets we cannot put them on hold for you.

 

17) What are the service charges for?


The service charge is collected to help pay for the operation of the website, credit card processing, and the live customer service. This charge, 18%, is the lowest in the industry. Please note that we don't set the prices of the actual tickets listed, these are set by the actual sellers.

 

18) Are there any other hidden fees?


Absolutely not. We make it very clear what amount will be charged to your credit card. You can see the total listed on the checkout page. Taxes might be applicable depending on where the event is taking place.

 

19) I have extra tickets, can I sell them through MrTicketKing?


Yes, however we screen our tickets very carefully before listing them on our website. Any tickets which are excessively over face value will not be listed as it's our goal to help our customers save money. Your credit card will be pre-authorized to ensure that if the tickets are not legit or not delivered on time, we can go ahead and charge you the replacement cost. Once your tickets sell, we collect a 20% service charge which covers the selling costs.

 

20) How can I pay for the tickets?


The tickets can be purchased by using any major credit card. Cash payments are not accepted.

 

21) Where can I find a discount code to help me save on my purchase?


There are multiple ways you can get a discount code. Stay tuned to your local radio station as we usually give away discount codes for specific events.
